The inspiration behind Lemons PEC came from Paula Rideout who was looking for a career change after working as a professional dental hygienist & Super Mom. She wanted to do something fun, work with her daughters and still connect with new people everyday.
Paula has now combined her sister store Sweets, with Lemons, to offer you a delightful shop PEC in Wellington, Prince Edward. The store offers hard ice cream, soft ice cream, gelato, Italian Sodas, iced coffees and the ever-popular selection of unique lemonades.
